Even if you plan to delegate tasks, it helps to have the best tools for the job. Here are a few of our favorites that may come up in conversation as we work together.
Canva
Wether your marketing strategy requires video or graphic design, it makes sense to have your team build out your assets on a web based platform that you license and can make changes to at any time. Canva is the one that we use and we recomend it to all of our clients because it it web based, makes colaboration easy, and offers a robust library of templates and stock assets. The platorm even offers training in design and video editing.

ClickUp
ClickUp can be used to manage all of your projects and to track progress and deadlines for tasks. Getting organized will save you a lot of time and will help you and your team avoid missing important deadlines.
Ontraport
Every business needs to have some sort of system to collect customer information and send mass emails. There are many email marketing platforms to chose from and Ontraport is my top pic for just about any business. It allows you to automate your communications and integrates with other tools so you can do just about anything that you can think of. It also has it's own university so you can learn how to build your own campaigns, funnels and even online courses.

Vimeo
Vime allows you to create videos and share them with your clients. Vimeo also offers powerful marketing tools so you can improve the reach of your content and increase engagement.
Calendly
If you offer professional services that are appointment based or if you are a busy entrepreneur with a packed agenda, calendly can give you a way to stay organized with your calendar. The tool allows people to schedule meetings with you online ONLY when your calendar shows that you are available. It integrates multiple calendars if you need it and it can be embedded on your website. Some of my clients simply give it to their assistants to use to schedule meetings for them, without the need to have the assistant have access to their personal calendar.

SEMRush
SEMRush is a powerful and versatile suite of digital marketing tools that can help you to monitor your website’s performance, analyze competitors, research keywords, optimize content, track organic search rankings, and more. SEMRush empowers you with data so that you can make informed decisions about your SEO efforts and overall digital marketing strategy. You can also use it to post to your social media across multiple platforms at the same time and schedule posts.
CallRail
What gets measured, gets better. Maybe you have a website or maybe you are running ads. If your objective it to get the phone to ring, a platform like call rail can help you track exactly what source is driving those calls. It allows you to create tracking numbers so you can direct every call to your main phone number but easily identify the source with unique numbers.
Jasper.ai
The next time you need to write something, anything you may want to let Jarvis help you. This platform offers an artificial intelligence assistant to help you write blogs, ads, articles and more.

Video content can be a very effective way to connect with audiences on social media but most people IGNORE videos that do not have closed captions. Why? Because they scroll through without the sound. But who has time to add closed captions? With Zubtitle, you can add them in seconds! Check it out!
LastPass
Keep all of your passwords in one place and up-to date. LastPass is a freemium password manager that stores encrypted passwords online.
